Pumpkin Dip


Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients
  • Two 8- ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • One 15- ounce can pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Gingersnaps 
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl. 
  2. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until creamy.
  3. Add the confectioners’ sugar gradually and beat until blended. 
  4. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg; beat until well blended.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend. 
  6. Serve with gingersnaps.
