Ingredients
- 8 frozen hash brown patties
- 4 cups shredded Colby- Jack or Cheddar
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 7 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 13 x 9- inch nonstick metal cake pan.
- Arrange the hash brown patties over the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the cheese and ham evenly over the patties.
- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until well blended.
- Stir in the milk, salt, and mustard; mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese and ham.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes longer, or until the edges are golden and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
