Baked Creamed Corn


Baked Creamed Corn

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • One 8- ounce can cream- style corn
  • 2⁄3 cup milk
  • 1⁄2 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Instructions: 
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl until frothy. 
  3. Add the corn, milk, crackers, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Spoon into a deep casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
