Rancho Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl; mix well.
- Stir in the green onions and blue cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
