Greek "Village" Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Olives ,
  • Capers ,
  • Oregano ,
  • Salt ,
  • 1/3 pound feta cheese, crumbles
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
Cooking Directions
  1. Cut the vegetables into slices and mix in a salad bowl. 
  2. Top with the olives, capers and oregano and cover with crumbled feta cheese. 
  3. Pour the olive oil evenly over the top.
