Carrot Pear Bread

Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
  • 11⁄2 cups all- purpose flour
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup sliced pears
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking Instructions: 
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease two 9 × 5- inch loaf pans.
  2. Combine the sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat well using a mixer. Add the oil; mix well.
  3. Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a separate bowl; mix well. 
  4. Add to the egg mixture; mix well.
  5. Stir in the carrots, pears, and walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
