Carrot Pear Bread
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 11⁄2 cups all- purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup sliced pears
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease two 9 × 5- inch loaf pans.
- Combine the sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat well using a mixer. Add the oil; mix well.
- Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a separate bowl; mix well.
- Add to the egg mixture; mix well.
- Stir in the carrots, pears, and walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
