Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 (about 1 pound) small head cabbage , shredded
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 tablespoon prepared horse radish
- Combine the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
- Mix the sugar, mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds, and horse radish in a small bowl; whisk to blend.
- Toss the mayonnaise mixture with the cabbage mixture.
