Coleslaw


Coleslaw

Ingredients
  • 1 (about 1 pound) small head cabbage , shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄3 cup olive oil
  • 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horse radish
Cooking Directions
  1. Combine the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the sugar, mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds, and horse radish in a small bowl; whisk to blend. 
  3. Toss the mayonnaise mixture with the cabbage mixture.
