Fried Calamari


Fried Calamari

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. squid cleaned, and cut into rings
  • 1 cup of flour
  • oil for frying
  • salt
  • lemon wedges
Cooking Directions
  1. Heat 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet. 
  2. Dip calamari in flour, and shake off excess. 
  3. Fry until golden, drain on paper towels, and serve with lemon wedges.
