Fried Calamari
Ingredients

3 lbs.
squid cleaned, and cut into rings

1 cup
of flour
- oil for frying
- salt
- lemon wedges
Cooking Directions

Heat 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet.
- Dip calamari in flour, and shake off excess.
- Fry until golden, drain on paper towels, and serve with lemon wedges.
