Cranberry Freeze Recipe


Cranberry Freeze

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • One 16- ounce can whole cranberry sauce
  • One 8- ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup whipping cream
Cooking Instructions: 
  1. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar in a bowl and mix well. 
  2. Add the cranberry sauce, pineapple, and walnuts. 
  3. Stir until well blended.
  4. Pour the cream into a mixing bowl. 
  5. Using a mixer, beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. 
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cranberry mixture.
  7. Spoon the mixture into a 12 × 8- inch glass baking pan or a 9- inch deep- dish pie pan. 
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm. 
  9. To serve, remove from the freezer and let stand for at least 45 minutes.
