Taco Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- One 15- ounce can refried beans
- One 11⁄4- ounce package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar
- One 16- ounce container sour cream
- One 16- ounce jar salsa
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Mexican- style cheese Corn chips
Cooking Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet; drain.
- Add the refried beans, taco seasoning mix, and 1⁄4 cup water.
- Mix well and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.
- Spread the taco mixture in a 13 × 9- inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Cheddar over the top.
- Cover with the sour cream and pour the salsa over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, green onions, and Mexican- style cheese over the salsa layer.
- Serve with corn chips.
