Coca Cola Baked Beans

Ingredients

• 2 cans great northern beans - 16 oz.
• 1/2 can Coca Cola
• 1/4 cup onion - diced
• 1/4 cup green bell pepper - diced
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 T. prepared mustard
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 6 strips bacon

Instructions: 

1. Saute 2 strips bacon with onion and green pepper til lightly browned.
2. Drain off fat, then stir in all other ingredients except for the remaining bacon.
3. Bring to a boil. Pour into a greased casserole dish. 
4. Place remaining bacon strips on top.
5. Bake at 325º for 45 to 50 minutes.
