Chocolate Sauce Recipe



Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  • 3⁄4 cup evaporated milk
  • 3⁄4 cup light corn syrup
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips or favorite dark chocolate, chopped
  • Dipping pieces as desired 
Cooking Instructions: 
  1. Combine the milk, corn syrup, and butter in a medium saucepan. 
  2. Bring the ingredients to a boil, occasionally stirring with a hard rubber spatula to blend.
  3. Remove the mixture from the heat, whisk in the chocolate, and stir the mixture until it’s smooth, which takes about 30 seconds to blend.
  4. Place the mixture in a fondue pot and keep it warm with a fuel source.
