Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup evaporated milk
- 3⁄4 cup light corn syrup
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips or favorite dark chocolate, chopped
- Dipping pieces as desired
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine the milk, corn syrup, and butter in a medium saucepan.
- Bring the ingredients to a boil, occasionally stirring with a hard rubber spatula to blend.
- Remove the mixture from the heat, whisk in the chocolate, and stir the mixture until it’s smooth, which takes about 30 seconds to blend.
- Place the mixture in a fondue pot and keep it warm with a fuel source.
